If you would like to generate an invoice, rather than pay using a credit card, then
1) fill in Customer Information and Purchase Details on https://norsci.com/?p=petrolog-purchase;
2) click the 'Buy Now' button at the bottom of the page;
3) on the new page that appears, click 'Download as PDF' link at the top left corner (below 'Order Summary');
4) save the invoice; and
5) close the browser page.
The downloaded invoice will contain all details necessary for payment.
